In a beautiful old-façade building in the very heart of Geneva, we offer a large, furnished and fully equipped two-bedroom apartment with a nice balcony. This luxury boutique apartment is defined by unique design — bringing together comfort and style with a sense of cozy home feeling.

 

The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator and has a particularly elegant flair, with its wooden floor, high ceilings, exposed beams and attractive views. It has been completely refurbished recently. 

 

The main bedroom has a comfy double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, ideal for a couple. A smaller twin bedroom can accommodate two extra guests in single beds or can be used as a separate working space. In the living room, there is a big relaxing sofa and a lounge chair. From the balcony, you can enjoy nice views of Geneva rooftops – you are in the heart of the particularly charming and hip Eaux-Vives neighborhood, while still benefitting from an appealing location in this quiet, non-busy little side street. The high-end open kitchen has all the cooking utensils one may need, a dishwasher and a big fridge with freezer. Both shower and bathroom are superbly equipped; the main bathroom has a bathtub with jacuzzi hydro massage.

 

All you need for your stay will be at your disposal: bed sheets and towels, hair dryer, Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, flat screen TV with cable channels, high-speed internet, high-end kitchen equipment including induction stoves, etc.
